Established in Cardiff in 1992 Bay Associates are an established Civil and Structural Engineering Consultancy operating in Wales and nationally across the UK.

For over eighteen years Bay Associates have succeeded in both the private and public sectors with a strong track record across industrial, regeneration, housing, health and commercial developments.

We pride ourselves in offering practical expertise throughout the life cycle of a project adding value to developments from the earliest stages right through to construction supervision if required.

In early 2009 Bay Associates became part of the HLN group of companies and we are now part of a group employing over 70 construction professionals broadening our offering to existing and new clients to include Architecture, CDM, BREEAM and Planning services.
